THE DEVON ARRIVES. The steamer Devon arrived in tinstream at Lyttelton at 6 a.m this morning from Newcastle. She’ has. nineteen soldiers 6n board for the Duminion. Dr Upham boarded the ship at noon to inspect tho troops and the. crow. On account of tho great amount of .shipping at present in port tin steamer may not be able to get a berth till AVeclncsday, and until the dorter’s report is received it cannot bo stated whether a term of quarantine is necc.s- -
