A dispatch from, Munich states that the unrest in Germany is not duo primarily to economic causes. As regards food, the general situation is that the Germans are l>ottcr off than they were two years ago. The real source of the trouble is tho utter blackness of the political outlook. The idea of the Soviet system has captivated wide sections of tho population.
