union’s terms
What action will the tramway men take if their, terms arc not granted within one week, as slated in their letter to the board, as quoted? Inquiries by a reporter this morning elicited the huh. that the men have not yet decided what action they will take, as it is intended to hold a meeting of tho union to discuss tho board’s reply, which is expected as the result of next Friday's meeting. Whether the men have a definite ultima turn to present then remains to be seen. Loth sides are reticent to-day. The Hon J. Barr, chairman of the board, had intended to make a statement for publication. but ho has decided to hold his hand. The. tramway men, on the other hand, will say nothing pending a reply from the hoard.
