DYE INDUSTRY.
AMALGAMATION of PRODUCERS. Auatralian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received August 23, 10.5 a.m.) LONDON, August 22. Despite the opposition of the chairman, five directors of the British Dyes, Limited, decided to amalgamate with Levinstein’s. Tho Board of Trade advocated tho amalgamation with the view of securing increased efficiency by the combination of tho two great dye producers of tho country.
