The Gallipoli Star recently approved by the King was mentioned yesterday bv Sir James Allen, who said that New Zealand’s part in tho matter was completed some time ago, when an agreement was come to, after a good deal of conversation with Australia. Any man who had served on Gallipoli, Sir James Allen said, would he entitled to receive tho star, although tho original proposal was to award it only to men engaged in tiio landing,
