SAFETY OF SHIPS.
[Per Press Associaton.] WELLINGTON, November 23. Additional war regulations for the safety of ships and cargoes ire gazetted. They provide that no cargo, stores ? baggage or other goods or articles ot any description shall be ladei, taken or pla.ced on board an overiea ship unti'l passed for shipment thereon by an examining officer. Photographing or sketching an oversea ship it any New Zealand port is forbidden.
