A wireless German official message says:—The enemy is beginning to yield in tho mountain area of Rumania between fhe Trotus, Putna and Sereth. (Received August 16 1.30 p.m.) LONDON. August 15. A wireless Russian official messago says:— Tho enemy occupied a height westJ of "Ocna. The Rumanians repulsed attacks in the Casinu Valley. Our counter-attack drove out the enemy, who penetrated our trenches near Krodcheni.
