TWENTY LIVES . LOST. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received August 16. 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, August 15. The State Department announces that fifteen passengers and five of tho crew were lost when the American steamer, City of Athens, sank after striking a mine' off Capo Town.
