THE KAISER'S TELEGRAM.

SEMI-OFFICIAL DENIAL. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received August 14, 11.30 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, August 13. The semi-official " North German Gazette " denies the existence of the Kaiser's telegram revealed in Mr J. W. Gerard's memoirs. It states that it is-possible that the Kaiser prepared a memorandum in order to prevent Mr Gerard sending wrong information to Washington, but the Kaiser's notes were not destined for Mr Wilson.
