THE PEACE RESOLUTION. AMSTERDAM. August 7. Thirty thousand workers at Dortmund unanimously disapproved of the Reichstag's peace resolution. An agitation is being organised against the resolution throughout tihe "Empire. DR LIEBKNECHT. DYING IN PRISON. AMSTERDAM. August 7. Dr Liebkneehl is reported to be dying in a prison hospital. ("Dr Liebkneelu, the leading Socialist of Germany, was sentenced to a long toim in prison, in consequence of his criticisms of the Government.) MUTINY IN ANTWERP. Renter's Telegrams. AMSTERDAM, August S. A frontier report to the " Telegraaf " confirms rumours of a mutiny of 300 German troops in Antwerp. They threw down "their rifles when ordered to the Ypres front. They were quickly overpowered and taken to barracks handcuffed.
