UNITED PIGEON FANCIERS' CLUB.
The United Pigeon Fanciers' Club held a meeting in the club rooms on "Wednesday evening. The president (Mr A. Smith) was in the chair, and there was a good attendance.
During the evening several competitions Were hold, 'with the following results :'■ — Long-faced muffed Tumblers, self, N.'Fraser 1, A. Willis % S. Dennia S; blue or silver, W. Dacombe 1,. N. Fraser 2, A. Willis 3; any _ other colour, muffed, A. Willis 1 and special and 2, A. Fraser 3; pouting breeds, A. Fraser 1; flying Homers, cock, F. Kingsford 1, special and 3, J. Low 2; hen, E. Fuchs 1, F. 'Kingaford 2, J. Baxter 3. Messrs T. H. Jones and C. Woodhouso judged the exhibits and gave every satisfaction, and on the motion of tho chairman •wore accorded a vote of thanks,.
