In opposing the application on behalf of tlio employers Mr Grenfell quo 1 ted the decision of Mr j'pstice Cooper when president of the Court that the condition of such att application must be that a majority of tho employers engaged and tho unions concerned in the industry throughout tho Dominion were parties to the award. The Court dismissed the application.
