BRUSSILOFF'S VIEW.

END 6 IN SIGHT. PEACE WILL CCME IN AUGUST. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association. (Received September 11, 8.50 a.m.) LONDON, September 10. The " Daily Chronicle " had an interview with General Brussiloff, who said: " Rumania's intervention secures my left flank. Austro-Hungary cannot much longer withstand U3. Hordes of the enemies' army opposite me in June and Jnly were almost entirely exterminated, and a conglomerate army of Austrians and Turks is resisting desperately in strong mountain positions. " I am fully convinced that the Anglo-French offensive will rupture the German front. That is an absolute certainty, and the war is already won, and I believe that peace will come in August, 1917."
