MORE PROGRESS REPORTED. The High Commissioner reports:— LONDON, July 12. An Italian official report states that on Monday night there was intense artillery fighting in the Ledro Valley. Strong enemy detachments which attacked on Mount Pasubio were repulsed with heavy loss. Yesterday enemy artillery fire on our position in the Langarina Valley was effectively replied to. On the Upper Posina, after artillerv preparation, the Italians renewed their attacks on Mount Corno del Costa. Th r ; enemy batteries did not reply to the bombardment. The Italians succeeded ; in gaining new positions on the roekv j slopes of the mountain.
