DUTCH NEUTRALITY
BEING FULLY MAINTAINED.
(Received August 11. noon.) SYDNEY, August 11
Mr Stuart-, manager of the Royal Packet Steam Navigation Company, has
received a cablegram from tho head office in Amsterdam, dated Saturday, as follows: "Dutch neutrality has been fully maintained and respected. No Dutch troops are joining Belgians.'"'
The Consul-General for tho Netherlands in Melbourne has also wired emphatically denying that the Dutch troops have joined the Belgians, and stating that Holland's strict neutrality will be rigorously maintained.
