"JUST LAZY."

A fat young man, named Alan M'Donald, with a bine chin and a copious supply of oily tears, was charged at the Magistrate's Court today, before Mr. H. W. Bishop, S.M., with being an idlo and disorderly person, having insufficient lawful means of support. He had been previously remanded, and Mr Bishop was familiar with his symptoms. "He is just lazy," said the Magistrate. "A sort of half baby. He was blubbering here last time. I hqpe he is in his right mind now. I will give him a cnanco to go into the country, and the. country people will have nothing to complain of, as ho is all right now." The accused, who was stated to have been convicted before of drunkenness and wilful damage, was convicted and discharged.
