Mr Bonar Law, speaking at the National Unionist Conference at Norwich, declared that when the Unionists came into power they would impose a 10 per cent tariff on all foreign manufactured goods, and would give the overseas dominions preference, and devote a portion of tho revenue thus obtained to lighten burdens of the agriculturists. If Ulster were coerced tho Unionists would use every means to prevent British troops from shooting loyal Irishmen.
