CHOLERA AT COLOMBO.

A TRAGIC INCIDENT. DOCTOR CUTS HIS THROAT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY, November 3. Eastern news reports that there is an outbreak of cholera in Colombo, where three cases, all acute, were reported. A tragic incident connected with the outbreak was the suicide of Dr M. de Lancy Robinson, acting medical officer of the Colombo Council, who was depressed because he considered himself blameworthy in not ordering a postmortem examination of a patient who died from cholera. He cut his throat with a razor, jumped from a window of an hotel and died en route to the hospital.
