Two men, who, it is said, were in a state of intoxication, had a difference of opinion on the Gloucester Street Bridge at mid-day, and the argument was settled by one of them knocking the other down. Ho fell on the back of his head and remained unconscious for a. minute or so. A doctor who ■was passing examined him. and -i«ked where he had been struck. The aggressor replied that that was his business. The man came round eventually, and the pair of them went away together amioablv. It turned out that they were brothers. The police had been telephoned for, but arrived after the disputants had left tiio scene.
