INJURED BY FALL OF CLAY. [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, September 29. Rutherford Nichol, ft fifth-year medical student, was. injured on Saturday afternoon at Knox College, through a fall of clay fracturing .his pelvis. He died in the Hospital last right, after an operation. Deceased and other students were engaged in preparing the ground for of fives court, when the face of the earth collapsed. He was generally regarded as a brilliant student, promising a, distinguished career. _ He was the eon of - the Rev W. Nichol, of Hampden.
