It is predicted that there will bo increases in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Nov,- Zealand,, and decreases in South Australia, West Australia, and no change, in Tasmania. Tho " Herald "' says that at a rough estimate, tho value will bo over £32,000,000.
