The Caledonian Railway's. Edinburgh express, when proceeding to Glasgow, had a remarkable escape. Seventeen trucks ran away from a siding and wrecked the signal cabin, which obstructed tho main lino. Tho express crashed into tho obstruction, but fortunately kept the rails, and little damage was done.
