MEETING OF CREDITORS.

A meeting of creditors in the banknipt estate of William Nixon, builder, was hold in the office of the Official Assignee this'morning. Mr Salter represented the bankrupt. The bankrupt's .statement showed a deficiency of £325. The secured creditors were:—Susanah A. Davies, £8.50; Annie Wavmouth, £325 ; and C. E. Otley, £ll4 Is 9d. The securities amounted to £965, leaving a balance of £175 18s 3d. The principal unsecured creditors were:—R. W. England and Sons £244, F. Haigh £32 8s (3d, Field and Son £l9, Hammett and Sons £l7 2s. Hepburn and Sons £ls 0s 3d, W. R. Clarke £l3 17s, H. Harrow £l2, Odei-int? £l2. Beach and Co. £l2, Perks and Dixon £ll 7s; other liabilities £oo.

After the bankrupt's statement had been road and discussed the meeting was adjourned sine die.
