The Hon H. Samuel, PostmasterGeneral, proposes in a few days to introduce a one-clauso Bill to enable colonial newspapers to be reposted in Britain at tho same rate as British newspapers. POLLING HOURS.

Mr W. Pearce's Bill, fixing the pollings from seven in the morning till nine in the evening, was carried in the House of Commons by 208 to 56.
