BOMB OUTRAGES. (Tntited Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. CONSTANTINOPLE, August 12. Young Turks exploded a bomb in ' the Austrian post office at Salonika and another in a tramcar. Montagu, a fighter on the Turkish side at Tripoli, has been arrested for killing at a Constantinople hotel Byan, a British subject born at Baghdad. Montagu declared that his pistol went x off accidentally. FIGHTING FRONTIER. LONDON, August 12. Fighting on the Montenegrin fron- , tier has recommenced. The Turkish . posts have been reinforced. There is . the greatest excitement throughout Montenegro. The Government has submitted the whole question to the Powers. EXCITEMENT IN BULGARIA. SOFIA, August 12. The massacre at Kochana has greatly excited the Bulgarians. The Nationalist Press urges war with Turkey. The Ministerial journal " Mir" urges European intervention or joint action of the Balkan States to prevent their kinsmen's extermination. The Government has decided to maintain friendly relatioris and relies on Turkey fulfilling her latest promises.
