Lord* Alverstono gave judgment for John Roberts on all points in the case against George Gray for breach of contract. EMIGRATION. Tho Zealandic has sailed with 1222 emigrants for New South Wales. She carries twenty-three lifeboats. CONVICTED. Reed, the' caricaturist, who was charged with showing indecent drawings to children, was convicted, and fined £lO. He has given notice of appeal.
