Tho General Council of tho Irish County Councils reports that the financial clauses of tho Home Rule Bill aro unsatisfactory and need drastic amendment. Tho minimum demand must includo Ireland's retoution of all her taxes, subject to a 9 per cent contribution to Britain, and the Irish Parliament's control of all Irish services. CORK DEMONSTRATION.

Tho Duke of Devonshire, the Earl of Kerry and Lord Middlcton addressed an .enthusiastic demonstration of Munster opponents of Homo Rule at Cork.
