FOUND DROWNED.

[Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, August 2. Jessie Little John, eldest daughter of one of the oldest settlers at Waiwera, was found drowned in a water-race near her parents' house. Deceased was about fifty years of age. She had been nursing a sister who had been ill for some time.
