THE TRAMWAYS BILL.
[Per PitESS Association.] WELLINGTON, August 2. The- Dunedin representatives who have arrived in Wellington to oppose the Tramways Bill learned to-day that the measure .has not yet been referred to the Labour Bills Committee. That will not be done till the financial debate is over. In the meantime there will b& no facilities for taking evidence.
