ARCHBISHOP BOURNE ON THE NEW BILL.

KONDON, August 1
Archbishop Bourne, speaking at Leeds, said that the dishonour of the old infamous declaration required from the Sovereign was removed by the alteration in the oath. The Roman Catholics recognised the Premier's determination and courage in dealing with the question.
