BARON HECIES. United Press Association—By Electrio To i agrap h—Copyri ght. LONDON, August 1. Lord Decies was seized with a paralytic stroke at Alexandra Park races, and died in a hospital. (William Marcus do la Poer Horslcy Beresford, fourth Baron Decios, was born in 1865, and succeeded to tho title in 1593. Be was muster of tho Thanet Harriers, a pack which dates back to 1760 and hns continued without intermission to the present time.)
