THE TONIC CURE.
THE RECIPE. He tonic treatment is founded on the theory (which can bo demonstrated) that human diseases have their origin in most cases in a weak state of the nervous system. If we allow our nervous forces to fall below par We immediately become suitable media for the propagation of disease. The originator of the tonic cure gives his formula, which he claims will cure all oases of nervous exhaustion, loss of appetite, dyspepsia, neuralgia, etc., and make for a vigorous state of the mental and nervous system. The recipe is: Syr. Calcii. Lactophos., two* ounces. Liquid Yabra Compound, two ounces; Tincture of Capsicum, half a drachm; distilled water to make eight ounces. Of this take one tablespoonful in a little water three times daily after meals. This treatment should be Delisted in until perfect health is regained. 6888 >
