I The Republican Convention of Ohio adopted a platform which it is expected will serve as a model for others. It warmly endorses the achievements of i President Taft. The Tariff Bill hat 'justified expectations, and has transformed a national deficit into a surplus, and simultaneously reduced th* average rate of duties.
