With a view to linking trade inter-; csts and the colonial administration, Herr Lindequist has invited the Chambers of Commerce of Berlin, Hamburg, Chemnitz and other cities to nominate delegates constituting the Colonial Department's permanent industrial committee. He incidentally mentions the necessity of the regulation of the production of the colonies, especially wool, cotton and other raw material.
