The "Neueste Nachrichten" says that the British Liberal Press is agitating for an understanding because the Gorman high sea fleet in 1914 will ■Consist of Dreadnoughts and DreadE ought cruisers. _ Krupps, since 1908, ave been studying guns of a higher calibre than twelve inch, hence the ißritish are blowing the disarmament ftiorn. It adds, " The British thirteen [inch guns do not frighten us. Wo will jprohably meet them with fourteen 'inch, twice as long lived as the British."
