Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited, Christchurch, have received from their London office, dated March 31 and April 1, the following cable messages: — "Since our last telegram prices of tallow in general are unchanged." — " Frozen Meat.-^Limited demand, at prices somewhat in buyers' favour generally, especially lamb, which may be quoted at id per 1b lower since our last telegram. 5 ' ' The British-New Zealand Meat and Produce Company, Limited, has received the following cable message from London: — "Lamb market t decidedly stronger; tendency upwards."
