* A FINE OF £20. [Per Press Association.] OAMARU, August 25. This morning Mr Hutchinson, S.M., fined Richard Andrews, for whom Mr A. C. Haniom Dunedin, appeared, £20 for keeping liquor for sale in a nolicence district. A similar charge against his wife, Margaret Andrews, was withdrawn, when her husband pleaded guilty.
