♦ JUDGE SIM'S REMOVAL' DEMANDED. [Per Pkess Association.] NELSON, Augustus. The Nelson Trades and Labour Council has carried a resolution in terms similar to those of Christchurch, demanding the .removal of Mr Justice Sim from the Arbitration Court, in connection with his refusal to grant an award in the farm labourers' dispute.
