SLY GROG-SELLING.
[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, August 2i. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Duo Millante was fined £35 for sly grog-selling, and Joseph Paiggie was fined £2 for being found on Millante's premise's. William Noland and Joseph Macarthy, charged with hawking intoxicating liquor for sale, were each finec( £25. The alternative for each of tho three chief 'offenders was fixed at one month's imprisonment.
