The "Telegraph" states that Ad- • -jtiral Swinburne's squadron of six of /he largest and most modern armoured bruisers and seven destroyersy which wrere towed through the Straiis^ will start from San Francisco on Monday for Samoa at Germany's invitation. {Thence the squadron will go to Diego and Magdalene, returning to San Franpisco in December.
