LONDON, March 14. Owing to Mr Keir Hardies independent attitude, a movement is afloat to draw closer the political kinship between the Government and thej>ld Labour Party. The promoters assert that the Liberal leaders favour a separate organisation representing the • Liberal Labour members of the House of Commons, and promise substantial financial support to increase their numbers at next election, hoping to create a Labour Party within the Liberal Party. The promoters will not attempt an alliance with Mr Keir Hardies group. THE FISCAL DEBATE. Mr W. Clarke and a few others did not vote on Sir J. Kitson's motion.
