IRRITATED UNIONISTS. ; (Received March 15, 10.35 a.m.) LONDON, March 14. Lord Robert Cecil, Mr Lionel Rotheohild and six other Unionists voted for the Government. Sir E. Clarke's speech in the debate on the fiscal motion, warning Unionists that Ghamberlainism was imperilling other, interests, and that the country would sooner vote for Home Rule than for a tax on food, has irritated the Unionists, especially his tariff ite supporters in the City.
