ANOTHER MILLION LOAN. THE ANTICIPATED SURPLUS. [Fhom Ottr Correspondent.] WELLINGTON, July 25. The Financial Statement will be definitely brought down at 7.30 to-night. The principal feature will be the application for tHe usual million loan. The estimates of revenue and expenditure will disclose an anticipated surplus next year of half -a million. The financial debate will be taken next Tuesday.
