BRIGHTON HACK RACE, of 50 soys; five furlongs— Bill Perkins, 7st> 7.b, 1; Cuirossettia, Bst 12lb. 2;Rubretie, 7st 6ib, 3. Oaibhrcn, LelhaJme and Navarre were scratched. Won by half a length. Time— lmin 9sec. Dividends — £24 Its and 16s. BIRTHDAY HANDICAP, of 200 soys; one mile and a quarter — Beau Seaton, 6st 9lb. 1 : Calibre, 7st 18ib, 2 ; Dannie Chiel, 7st 13lb : 3.' Red Gauntlet was scratched. Won by a neck, eight lengths between second and third. Time— 2min 24 4-ssec.
