_* [Pir Press Association.] DANNByiRKB, February 24. A teamster on the Mangatoro Estate, named Macdonald, was found dead. He had been carting posts, and it is supposed that he fell dowii, the wheel passing ! over him. Deceased was a single man, aged twenty-four. PICTON, February 24. A frightful blasting accident occurred in Picton Road, in the Road Board's quarry, at Para, this morning, i.ne victims being three brothers named Hart. Two were brought into the Picton Hospital, the third being still buried in the debris. BLENHEIM, February 24. A serious accident occurred at Koro^miko this morning. Three .brothers, named Hart, who were working in a quarry, put in a charge of dynamite, and retired. Thinking that the charge had failed, they were returning, when the charge exploded, killing Abel Hart. Both the deceased's arms were blown off, and his face was shockingly mutilated. His two brothers, who were in a serious condition, have been conveyed to Picton to the hospital.
