LYTTELTON.
The quarterly meeting of the Lyttelton Licensing Committee was held at noon today; pnssent— >lr W. R. Haselden, S.M., (chairman), Messrs S. \V. Mitchell and J. S. Monck. The police report on the licensed houses in the district Was satisfactory. The license of the Teddington Hotel was transferred from Silas Knight to John Magnus, and a. temporary transfn of the license of the Cave Bock Hotel, Sumner, from Thos. Clark to Edward Philip Marsh was granted. \
