ROME, July 23
The Pope's lying in state has commenced, and 15,000 defiled before the body between six and seven o'clock in the morning. His Holiness bequeathed tlio whole: of liis estate to tlio Church, after providing for his relatives for their fife time. Cardinal Oreglia, tlio ohief qandidate* for the Papacy, has been taken suddenly ill.
