DEPARTURE FROM SOUTH AFRICA. (Received June 24, 10.19 a.m.) V ' CAPE TOWS",, June 23. Lord Kitchener has sailed for England. He received a great ovation. \ The Mayor presented him with an address, the signatures to which included many Irish. Lord Kitchener and he accepted these signatures as a compliment to his native land, and eulogised the work of the Irish regiments in the war.
