Bain has fallen heavily since Thursday. Not for a number of years has the river been in such a- flooded state. The adjacent sections are inundated and slight damage has been done to- the permanent way on the Oxford Road, but there is no stoppage of traffic. [ In the Oust" Vallay^ the families of Mr A.
