The case was adjournedl for on© month to give the defendant a dhance of paying off the arrears.—On the application of James Scott fMr Donnelly), James Phillips (Mr Byrne) was ordered to pay 2s a week for the maintemauce of Eliza Jane Phillips, <a destitute person.—Francis Partridge, charged with disobeying a maintenance order, was sentenced to seven days' imprisonment with iard labour.
